Guild Rank Structure
- Initiate Every new join begins at this rank and remains here for a period of no less than 7 days.
Benefits:
○ Nominal guild repair (20g)
○ Glyphs are provided by the guild
○ Limited withdrawals (1 stack daily) from the first tab only.
Responsibilities:
○ Register on the guild website within 14 days of joining.
○ Adhere to and follow Guild Policies and Procedures located in the Policies & Information forum
Exceptions:
Alt characters of existing members, as well as IRL friends and/or family members of existing members in good standing. - Member The lowest full-access rank. This one is automatically granted to you after the initial 7 day trial period. Basically, if you don't screw up, you get promoted to this rank.
Benefits:
○ Glyphs provided by the guild
○ Increased guild repair amount (50g)
○ Limited guild withdrawals (2 stacks daily from the first tab, 1 stack daily from other tabs except Raid/Officer/Guild AH tabs)
○ May create guild events
Responsibilities:
○ Register on the guild website within 14 days of joining.
○ Adhere to and follow Guild Policies and Procedures located in the Policies & Information forum
Exceptions:
Alt characters of existing members, as well as IRL friends and/or family members of existing members in good standing may be instantly granted this rank, bypassing the rank of Initiate. - Veteran As the second merit rank, people that have earned this rank have demonstrated reliability and a willingness to contribute to the guild in some way. This rank may either be obtained by nomination from other members or it may be appointed to you. It is not voted on.

○ Increased guild repair amount (100g)
○ May create guild events
○ Limited guild withdrawals (2 stacks daily from the first tab, 1 stack daily from other tabs except Raid/Officer/Guild AH tabs)
Responsibilities:
○ Register on the guild website within 14 days of joining.
○ Adhere to and follow Guild Policies and Procedures located in the Policies & Information forum
Exceptions:
None - Guardian This rank is appointed by Team Leaders only. It is not voted on.
Benefits:
○ Glyphs provided by the guild
○ Increased guild repair amount (200g)
○ Gems and Enchants provided by the guild
○ May create guild events
○ Limited guild withdrawals (3 stacks daily from the first tab, 1 stack daily from other tabs except Raid/Officer/Guild AH tabs)
Responsibilities:
○ Register for and use the guild website
○ Log on 15 minutes prior to all raids
○ Be prepared with food, flasks, pots, and runes appropriate for your spec
○ Be familiar with all fights either through independent research or by watching the strategy guides posted on the guild website
○ Maintaining at least an 80% attendance rate for all events for your team, unless you have previously notified your Team Leader in your Team's Event Forum thread and alerted an Officer prior to your absence.
○ Adhere to and follow Guild Policies and Procedures located in the Policies & Information forum
Exceptions:
None - Champion This is the first Officer Rank. It is appointed by the Guild Master only. It is not voted on.
Benefits:
○ Glyphs provided by the guild
○ Gems and Enchants provided by the guild
○ Increased guild repair amount (250g)
○ May create guild events
○ Officer chat listen & speak
○ Edit public notes
○ View & edit Officer notes
○ Remove guild event
Responsibilities:
○ Register for and use the guild website
○ Recruiting with an Officer-created and approved message, as required
○ Create and host events, typically fun runs or similar activities
○ Adhere to, follow, and enforce Guild Policies and Procedures located in the Policies & Information forum
Exceptions:
None - Senior Officer This is the third and last Officer Rank. It is appointed by the Guild Master and voted on by existing Senior Officers.

○ Glyphs provided by the guild
○ Gems and Enchants provided by the guild
○ Increased guild repair amount (250g)
○ Limited guild withdrawals (5 daily withdrawals from most tabs; 5 from Officer/Raid tabs)
○ May create guild events
○ Officer chat listen & speak
○ Edit public notes
○ View & edit Officer notes
○ Remove guild event
○ Invite member
○ Promote member
○ Demote member
○ Remove member
○ Set guild Message of the Day (MotD)
○ Forum/site Moderator
○ Access to Officer Forums
○ Access to Admin abilities in vent
○ Access to Officer Channel in vent
Responsibilities:
○ Register for and use the guild website.
○ Requires an Authenticator to be attached to your account.
○ Adhere to, follow, and enforce Guild Policies and Procedures located in the Policies & Information forum
